But her spirit wouldn't allow her to stay in one place as so many of her kin had before her. Survival trained and battle born, Ikaros has a good amount of knowledge under her talons when it comes to the weaknesses of others- mental and physical. Extremely observant to the point of near-paranoia, perceptive with a trust in her gut feelings has hardened her to be as cold and sharp as her wings. Yet she still maintains a lively spirit, fiery rather than joyful; passion running through many of her actions. She had been trained to be a guardian which instilled a sense of protectiveness and chivalry down to her very core. Her views on opportunities mixed between her own set moral code and that of which she had grown up with, leaving her decisions to be based off logic or hotheadedness depending on the situation. But there is no love in her for those who take advantage of the weak, size meaning nothing to her. Lionhearted, few things can scare this iron bird and fewer still can draw forth any semblance of 'flight' rather than 'fight' from her. Turning her back on an enemy, or worse a soul in need; is something she refuses to do with hard stubbornness. Wanderlust, the desire for discovery, and her inane need to strengthen herself are the main reasons for her exploration occupation. Seeking a challenge while discovering the secrets she would have never found staying home are what drove her to her adventurous spirit. A sense of respect tends to stem for those of the same thought and she had found herself the victim of awe when it comes to the more advanced adventurers. [attr="class","titeidol"]history Born to a flying-type tribe in the upper regions of a mountainous territory, Ikaros was the first and only egg of her parents. A braviary father who was the chief's second hand and her skarmory mother who was renown for her battle prowess. Strength was everything to them, strength was what they taught their daughter from the moment she hatched from her egg. They were born to be the guardians of the mountain, to protect their homes and 'futures'- her first few years were filled with noble stories of the practice. It was expected of every member of the tribe to prove themselves on a daily basis, Ikaros being no different from her fellow young'ins. She would spar and hunt with them, joining the her first patrol when she was hardly five years old. They were forced to grow up quickly, to learn quickly, or face abandonment by their parents which would leave them to be shunned by the whole tribe. She had followed the rules to the T, proved herself time after time; she was the gem of her parents' eyes. Yet she had one serious flaw that would throw her off the path of a model guardian. She wanted more. She wanted adventure, to see the world and its countless secrets. She didn't want to be bound to a single territory no matter how big for her whole life, knowing only a certain set of pokemon and finding the rest of the world an 'enemy'. She didn't want that and before she had turned ten, Ikaros had left the mountain to ride on the wings of her wanderlust.
