Wherever I Want (Solo)

She often wondered what it was about places like these that drew her to enter them.

This didn't seem like a dungeon that had anything of particular value in it, and yet Flurry wanted to go there. This place would hardly make her any richer, any stronger, and if it made her any healthier at all, it would only be by a small margin. So, really, why was she here? It was rather hard to say, really. She just wanted to be there. And, of course, whatever Flurry wanted, she got. 

The Vulix's icy blue paws gently pressed against the grass. Glancing around with her icy blue eyes, Flurry took calm, cautious steps. At first glance, it didn't seem as though there were any Pokemon in the area, much less Pokemon who wanted to cause her any problems.

Still, this calm phantom would not take any chances. 

In a flash, her ability instantly activated. Everything around her was covered in an icy field of a Hail Storm, and a slight cover for her. Of course, the Vulpix couldn't stay completely invisible, but it was a cover enough to give anyone who saw her the illusion that she was some sort of ghost. Hence her persona, the Snow Phantom.

This tactic normally kept Pokemon at arm's length, though she had yet to try it this far away from Elysia Village. The Ice Type glanced up as a piece of icy hail landed right next to her. Of course, the icy stone would do nothing to harm her. After all, she was an Ice Type. Hail could do nothing to her but good. For now, however, it was time to get looking for anything that would profit her. Perhaps something pretty to look at, or something valuable to sell. It didn't even have to belong to her, she just didn't want to walk away empty pawed.

Either way, just sitting there would gain her nothing. The fox's only option was to move forward.
